Nérac Market Day - morning visit to Nérac market, by car. Beautiful historic town and a bustling weekly market, with food and craft stalls.
Lunch at Restaurant L’Atipique, Vianne.
Afternoon relaxing back at Pécile - exploring the grounds or lounging by the pool.
Evening Pilates.

Cycle to Prayssas - leisurely ride to medieval village Prayssas (16km return). Explore narrow streets and stop for coffee, crêpe or croissant.

Retreat conclusion. Check out and departure post-breakfast.

Where to Find Château de Pécile
By Train
Agen is the closest main railway station, with frequent trains from Paris Montparnasse. Journey time is approximately three and a half hours.
We have arranged complementary pick up at Agen, off the TGV arriving at 4.05pm.
By Plane
Bordeaux and Toulouse are both within a 90 minute drive. Both have extensive car hire available or we can arrange transportation for a fee (€50 per person). Collection must be organised in advance, with one journey per group only.
Alternatively you can use the train from either Bordeaux or Toulouse Airport to Agen, for the 4.05pm collection.
By Car
Hiring a car provides freedom to travel when you want, we can share the best routes if you are thinking of driving.

Marshall began in Port Macquarie in 1920 as Stephanie’s family soft drink business.
Built across generations, the Marshall name became part of the town’s story.
Her mother’s maiden name - now redefined through movement and Pilates.
Marshall: To gather people together and arrange them for a particular purpose.
Trained comprehensively through Pilates International Centre (Australia), Stephanie fuses classical Pilates precision with modern athletic intensity to spark radical transformation.
She completed her Fluidform Training in Sydney, before moving to Paris in 2024 to freelance across multiple studios including The New Me, Sense Club, Reformation and Baba Yoga Club. She then completed her Lagree Level 1 certification in 2025 (UK).

All sessions will be adapted to individual ability levels, and with only eight guests, there will be plenty of opportunity for personal guidance and modifications.
